Karena Lam (Chinese language: 林嘉欣; Cantonese: Làm Gāyān; pinyin: Lín Jiāxīn; born August 17, 1978) is a Hong Kong based award-winning actress, born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Personal life
Karena Lam is 3/4 Chinese and 1/4 Japanese. Her father is from Hong Kong, while her mother is half-Japanese, half-Chinese from Taiwan.

Gigi Lai Chi is a Hong Kong actress under contract to the Hong Kong TVB television channel.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. Lai Man-Wai, who was a key figure of the first generation filmmakers, and has been referred to as "Father of Hong Kong Cinema". Gigi's father was born deaf and when her family went bankrupt, she entered the entertainment industry at the age of 14 to earn money to support the whole family.

Leila Tong Ling (Traditional Chinese: 唐寧; born Pauline Kong 江麗娜, on December 5, 1981) is an actress in Hong Kong. Her birth name is used in her works during her childhood and adolescence.
Career
At the age of 8, Tong made her first film appearance in director John Woo's action-comedy Once A Thief, which was nominated for several categories at the 11th Annual Hong Kong Film Awards. TVB then recruited Tong as a child star, and she has since then appeared in dramas such as The Greed of Man and State of Divinity.

Her birth name is Leung Bik Zi (梁碧芝) but at the age of 7, her name was changed to 'Wing Kei' by her mother for superstitious reasons. Sammi Cheng was previously named Twinnie Cheng. Contrary to popular belief, "Twinnie" is not her birth name. The name came about when Sammi was still schooling and her English Language teacher wanted everyone in class to have an English name. When Sammi turned to her sister for help, her sister came up with the name "Twinnie". The name was later changed to "Sammi" as "Sammi" sounds a little like "Sau Man".
